Spartan DEKA is excited to introduce our new indoor challenge designed to test, gamify and celebrate your fitness. Spartan DEKA FIT consists of (10) functional training zones each preceded by a 500 meter run (5k of total running distance). Compete and Earn your DEKA FIT Mark!!
